Good news for our lovely Lime trees! Our local council is carrying out some careful pruning work on the four Lime trees lining the drive to Holy Trinity Church. This thoughtful maintenance ensures they remain healthy and a beautiful feature for everyone to enjoy, especially with the school playground nearby.
There are four Lime trees alongside the drive leading down to Holy Trinity Church. Each year we thin one third of the crown to a point above the top of the main stem, to keep the trees a manageable size and rejuvenate them as they overhang a public driveway and the school playground.
